The major attraction of Tanna island is Mt. Yasur, known as the world’s most accessible active volcano. Admiring the sunset and the fireworks of lava in the falling night, it’s an experience not to be missed. Tanna is also a custom land and the John Frum Cargo Culte. Over night or 2 nights in Tanna to visit Mt Yasur volcano and custom village and colourful custom dancing Day 1 Flight Vila/Tanna. Transfer to your hotel/bungalows for 1or 2 nights, including breakfast. Afternoon visit of the Yasur volcano, including transport, guide and entry fees. Day 2 Transfer back to the airport for flight back to Port Vila or for those who spend 2 nights there, tour to see custom village with traditional dance. Last night at your hotel/bungalows. Day 3 After breakfast transfer back to the airport for flight to Port Vila. The bungalows and guesthouses proposed by Island Tours are often family or community run and are built using local materials.
