Where the adrenalin meets the tropical forests of Vanuatu. This fun filled adventure will take you on a half day exploration of the Mele Cascades.
You will be picked up from your resort and transferred to the Mele
Cascades where you will meet EDGE staff for a short briefing and
putting on gear before being guided up to a spectacular look-out over
Mele Bay where we will have a short rest and drink to soak up the view.
rom there it’s a short walk to the 8m practice cliff where you will be
taught the basics.
Each abseil finishes beside a stunning rock pool and then you ascend
stairs with water cascading down them.Now you’re ready to abseil the
50m down the Cascades.
This is done in two 25m pitches the first taking you down past a cave
and on the second you will actually cross underneath the waterfall
before finishing into the pool below.
You will then be guided out through the beautiful cascades for
refreshments and a chance to view photos of you taken during the tour
which you may purchase.
