On the way out to the Cascades you will drive through the Mele Village the biggest village in all of Vanuatu and stop at the Secret Garden.
The Mele Cascades Waterfall is a series of rock-pools, winding its way through cool lush tropical rainforest. At the top is the spectacular fall cascading down over 50m to the rocks below.
Your tour begins from your hotel foyer with our air-conditioned bus where we take you on a pleasant 20 minute journey to the Mele village where you will see how the people live today.
At the Secret Garden you will be guided around learning about Vanuatu Flora and Fauna, you will learn how in the past and right through to today the local people built there shelters and cared for themselves.
Our experienced local tour guides will show you all the various points of interest as you take a leisurely climb up to the falls. Stopping at a look-out over Mele Bay and Hideaway Island.
You can swim and play in the crystal clear pools before making your way back.
Before leaving you are given local fruits and drink.
